Default Motherboards

I have recently acquires an ASUS M4A78-VM IN/SI motherboard. Is it worthwhile for me to swap it for my existing ASRock N68C-GS UCC / N68C-S UCC motherboard?

As their is no reply i will just say what i think.

I wouldnt replace the existing board as it buses data a little quicker than the ASUS which appears to be DDR2 LIMIT only. Their are other benefits also but this is the most important so i will leve it at that.
