I am running Windows 7 Premium and have Office 2010. Yesterday, for no reason I can think of, Money 2004 would not open and I have the following message

"Cannot locate c:\Users\Martin\Documents\Money Files\mhbackup" or cannot open it, possibly because it's a read only file, or you dont have permission to change it, or your disc drive is write protected.
If you have chosent he correct file and it cannot be accessed, you will need to click OK, and open your most recent backup file.
If the file is bing used by another application, c lose it in the other application, and click OK to try again"

At the same time Microsoft Outlook will not open ether with a similar message.
But, if I right click both programmes, and choose "Run as Administrator" they will both open!
I am the only user of my PC and am the system administrator.
Does anyone know what has happened?
I think it may be to do with User Permissions, but I havent changed anything?
