17. Office trial

Don’t have Microsoft Office 2007? You can download a fully functional 60-day trial version from Try Microsoft Office.

18. Clean up

The Document Inspector in Microsoft Word 2007 enables you to remove hidden data that multiple document revisions generate.

19. Tips in word

Type =rand() and hit Return in a Word 2007 document to generate three paragraphs of tip text. Put a number between the brackets to change the number of paragraphs.

Download a free PDF and XPS converter that works for most Office 2007 components from here.

21. Become compatible
