Good to see ThreatFire and OneCare listed. Live Writer was a great recent addition and Live Mail, I snagged almost at the beginning of the year and found it to be excellent.

I use Diskeeper 2008 (#11 on the list) and it's really good. It defragments the drive far better *and* quicker than Vista's lame defrag does, and it's behavior is highly customizable. Definitely an essential utility for Vista.

I also use AVG (#12 on the list) and find it to be a very good bit of software, although it seems to have bloated a bit compared to its predecessor.
